Do you have a physical store?
Yes Goldmark Jewellers has a store / shop at 125 Tullow Street Carlow Ireland
I placed an order a few days ago. I realized that I had selected the wrong ring size. Can you change the ring size before you ship the product?
Yes you can contact us and request a different size before it is shipped but if the ring has been already shipped then you will have to return the item and pay for shipping to have the correct size returned to you. If the ring size is wrong and needs to be changed you can send it back a resizing fee & shipping fee will be charged to send it back.
Do you have a catalogue?
No, currently we don't offer catalogues as you can view and create many more product variations on our website. All our designs are as close to you as your mobile device or PC or Tablet or Laptop.
How do I find my ring size?
The best way to find out your ring size is to order a free ring sizer. A ring sizer is a plastic tool that you can wear just like a ring and find your exact size. You can order this by emailing us at info@goldmark.ie. And we will put one in the post.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email for my order?
If you are expecting an order confirmation email but you haven't received it please make sure that your payment has gone through and you have seen the order confirmation page on our website. If you are sure that the transaction was successful, check your spam folder to make sure the confirmation email was not blocked by your inbox. If you still can't see it you can contact our customer support team for assistance. Don't forget to add us in your safe email list, if you are using increased security settings for your inbox. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can edit some of your order details (such as ring size, adding or removing engraving), or even cancel it within the first 30 minutes following your order. You need to sign in to your Goldmark account first. Once you are signed-in, you can visit "My Account" page, view your orders and edit or cancel your order. Editing or cancelling an order can only be performed by the customer, not by the customer support team.
How long does it take to receive my order? Can you ship the same day?
If the item is in stock we can ship same day. However if it is a custom made piece that needs to be made special we will contact you regarding the lead time in shipping.
How long does it take to get my order once it is shipped?
Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is each package takes different times to reach its destination.
How can I personalize an item?
Yes you can ask for engraving where it states if engraving is available. N.B. Please be careful when spelling as whatever you spell is what is ENGRAVED
Can engraving be changed if I get it wrong?
Yes item can be returned and engraving can be changed only if the metal is 925 silver or carat gold, shipping is paid at you own cost and a re- engraving and shipping fee is charged to send it back to you.
Do you save my credit card information after placing an order?
No, we don't. Our website is 100% secure and your payment transaction is encrypted. We don't store your credit card number or password. Please visit our Security Policy for further information.
How can I know that your company is real?
Goldmark Jewellers is a real company which was established in 1991 and we have built up a good client base in Ireland UK and other countries.
