If you need to return an item, you must do so within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Items returned more than 30 days after receiving cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned to us unworn and in a condition deemed fit for resale. Your return items must also be in the original packaging and labeling.
***For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.***
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/reduced items cannot be refunded.
How to Return:
1) Please send all retuns to Goldmark Jewellers 125 Tullow Street Carlow Ireland with your order/invoice number and in the original packing. Your order/Invoice number is essential in order for us to trace your order and process the refund.
(2) Make sure your returns are packaged up securely labelled correctly
3) Return your package via tracking post, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. This returning cost is the responsibility of the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure their return is tracked/Insured and proof of tracking is provided.

Note: Any item that is deemed unfit for re-selling eg. soiled, damaged and/or smells of perfume or fake tan or any other odour will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address. If items have been sized or personalised for you we cannot accept return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (Please note the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded amount unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received it.

We don't offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
